Super Running Supplement

Ellipticals, stationary bikes, and pools have always been my fall-back team for days when my body (or mind) needs a running break.

But gym access isn’t as convenient at school, so I created the Super Running Supplement! for a great workout without any equipment or the repetitive strain of running:

Super Running Supplement

You can adjust the order, reps, or number of sets to best fit your fitness level.  This is a great way to strengthen important running muscles without weights.  The routine takes me around an hour to complete, and I feel a leg-twitching sense of accomplishment each time!
