Leap Frog in December

Today’s workout has become a favorite.  This morning was the third time this week for Hill & Strength Circuit Workout, and I’m not opposed to go for four!
It involves hill running and strength sets (my hill was a pretty steep 2-minute climb), but you could substitute regular running for the hill.  Here we go:

Final exam week is over, and today was beautiful and sunny, so Ryan and I spent an active afternoon outside!  After some brutal basketball domination (6’3″ Ryan v 5’6″ Karen), we had fun with the 10-second timer on my camera…
