Today’s workout has become a favorite. This morning was the third time this week for Hill & Strength Circuit Workout, and I’m not opposed to go for four!
It involves hill running and strength sets (my hill was a pretty steep 2-minute climb), but you could substitute regular running for the hill. Here we go:
