Achilles a’killin

My right achilles tendon was a little sore when I woke up.  Uh oh.  I went through a bout of achilles tendonitis a year ago (first the left, then the right) and took about 6 months off running, and I definitely don’t want that to happen again.  I have a feeling that my recent obsession with Hill & Strength Circuit Workout was a little too much incline for my vulnerable little achilles.

It’s only mildly sore, but I don’t want to take any chances, so I skipped a run and did the Super Running Supplement.  Instead of the 5-minute runs between circuits, I walked/caught my breath for a minute.  I was able to do five circuits instead of four because of the time gained from not running!  Small win!
